Ashley brings her passion for beauty and precision to every service. Inspired by the fierce independence of Tracee Ellis Ross, she embraces creativity in her work and personal life. When she’s not perfecting her waxing techniques, you can find her enjoying dark chocolate treats or working out. Ashley can't live without No Trauma Mama, a versatile product that instantly soothes and has countless uses. With her flair for design, Ashley is here to make your waxing experience fabulous!

Kelsie thinks her coworkers would describe her as 'boring but sassy,' however, that's not what we see. We enjoy the loveliness and kindness that is Kelsie (with a hint of sass, but who doesn't love that). If it's down to searching for a snack, well, let's face it, she says anything can be a snack if you try hard enough. When she's not rockin' it at waxing, she enjoys reading, cooking, trying new restaurants, and of course, every mom's favorite = napping.

Vivacious, quirky, and dedicated to doing her best is what you'll find when you meet Lauren.

She makes her clients feel comfortable and enjoys the conversations throughout the day. When she's not waxing, she enjoys being a stepmom to a BMX kid & going to the races, meeting up with friends, and finding some good eats. Lauren enjoys winter and especially picking out Christmas gifts, as this is part of what she loves most about Christmas. Since joining MetroWaxx, she has discovered the ViaBuff and absolutely cannot live without it, "Before it? Oh, the ingrowns!".

Courtney loves making people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for during their appointments.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll probably find her gardening, grabbing bagels with her sister, or spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. A coffee enthusiast, musical lover, and self-proclaimed animal person, Courtney brings a bubbly, down-to-earth energy to everyone she meets.

Courtney is a licensed cosmetologist who joined the MetroWaxx team in 2025.

Meet Akayla as she brings her attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional waxing services to MetroWaxx. She is a music enthusiast and a laid-back individual who enjoys activities such as concerts, camping, and painting. Akayla's favorite season is spring, although she loves Thanksgiving because it gives her time to be with family and be thankful, while also enjoying delicious food.

This light-hearted perfectionist hails from Texas, y'all! While her accent isn't as thick as some may imagine, her dedication to her clients and generosity of kindness fill the gap. When she's not slinging wax at MetroWaxx, you'd likely find her watching hockey, going to the driving range, or fishing! Maybe one day she'll explore how to do resin art or tie-dye, but for now, she'll continue to dive into puzzles and hang out with friends, likely in search of an alfredo pizza or maybe some strawberry shortcake! The sugar scrubs offered at MetroWaxx are her favorite! She says they work just as great as they smell!

Jordan is a licensed esthetician and joined MetroWaxx in 2021.

This calm, methodical lady knows her goals and works hard to achieve them. She enjoys being positive and takes on a 'roll with the punches' attitude. Discovering that she enjoys rock music and going to rock concerts, it's no surprise that her favorite season is summer -- the best time to get out and enjoy the music! But don't be mistaken, she jams out to 80s/90s hip hop when cleaning! Most days, when she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids. Ceara tells us she loves the MetroWaxx lip balm. She has always suffered from dry, chapped lips -- but now has something she can rely on to help keep her lips moisturized!

Hattie's typical day involves dog walks, waxing, and enjoying time with friends. She's meticulous and personable, creative and outgoing. Hattie misses the Arizona scenery and, one day, would love to hold a koala & travel all over Europe. Her favorite activities include weightlifting, watching Vikings football, and fishing. Like most of us, Hattie loves the ViaBuff and it is her go-to for skincare.

"Love yourself." is this soft-spoken lady's motto, but she doesn't end the love there. She is respectful and caring of each person she meets and enjoys conversing with clients and making them feel welcome. Among her top five things to keep would be makeup, which is no surprise as she enjoys doing makeup not just for herself but for others as well. She's passionate about giving a great wax and feels being detail-oriented is essential for great results. Most of all, she desires to give her children more than she ever had, she wants them to be able to do more in life and to grow beyond what they could ever imagine.

Lisa is a licensed esthetician and joined MetroWaxx in 2018.

With 15 years of waxing experience, she's passionate about making you feel confident and comfortable. When she's not working her magic, you’ll find her hiking, reading thrillers, dishing out trivia answers, or dreaming up her next adventure!

Funny, friendly, and open-minded, this lady is interested in learning anything and constantly seeks to improve herself in life and work! When she's not waxing at MetroWaxx, you'll likely find her at the gym, thrifting, listening to music, or even hitting balls at the golf range. Hi, I'm Destiny! I'm an empathetic esthetician with a passion for creating a welcoming and caring environment where everyone feels their best. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and pets, binging true crime shows, and enjoying my favorite treat—strawberry cheesecake ice cream. My go-to product at MetroWaxx is the Agape Prep and Protect Oil—it's a great all over body oil and it smells amazing.

Considered a Jac'-of-all-Trades by friends and family, this creative lady tries to learn how to do and make things happen. With a deep love of animals and the outdoors, if she couldn't be here at MetroWaxx, she wishes to be camping in the boundary waters or the pacific northwest. However, not much can beat a peaceful fall evening in the country with some hot apple cider and a good mystery. One of her favorite things growing up: late night walks with her dog while enjoying the northern lights. She'd like to learn how to make leather moccasin boots. What can we say? The lady loves shoes. Jaclyn joined MetroWaxx in 2017.

She may be quiet and shy, but that doesn't stop her from keeping the Johnston location running smoothly. She enjoys hanging out with friends and relaxing at home. She'd like to learn to play the guitar and the piano, as well as learn to sew so she could customize her clothes. She loves the ViaBuff and says, "Exfoliating is key!" Anahi enjoys spending time with her family and dog, watching movies, going to the gym, eating out, making floral arrangements, and shopping. Outside of work, Heidi loves to dance, practice yoga, and spend time with her son and puppy, Apawlo. Passionate about mental health and animal rights, she believes in the power of the mind and that “once we overcome fear, anything is possible.” Heidi joined MetroWaxx to help create a smooth experience for all our clients!
